We understand that modern, digital marketing and the ever changing world of social media is very different from traditional marketing and can be confusing and time conusuming for a business owner. Your time and efforts are better spent doing what you do best, running and managing your business whilst letting us do what we do best on your behalf.

Q. When can we start?

Starting your project depends on what you're after and how our schedule is looking at the time of booking. We typically book a week or so in advance so that there is enough time to understand your brief and prepare any necessary content to complete your request.

Replying promptly to our emails and getting requested information to us on time will ensure that your start date is much sooner rather than later.

Q. Do you offer customised packages?

We sure do. We understand that every business is different which is why we allow the option to customise any of our brand packages to suit your needs.

When enquiring, please let us know what you would like to customise and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q. How do you accept payments?

We accept bank transfers. Your invoice for your project will be sent to you via email once we have received your engagement brief and commitment agreement.

We generally require 50% of the full payment upfront to secure and schedule your engagement. Once payment has been received we will then confirm your project start date and provide you with an estimate timeline for completion.

Q. What happens if I don't like your designs?

Prior to starting your project we take the time to make sure that we understand exactly what you are after to avoid any miscommunication further in the process.

For graphic design engagements we offer two rounds of revisions so we can take on your feedback and adjust elements of the designs that you do not like. If after the 2 rounds of revisions you are still not happy, you have the option of adding further revisions for an additional cost. If you wish, you may also cancel your project completely, the initial 50% of the total cost will be kept and the remaining 50% will not be required for payment. Please keep in mind no final design files will be delivered if your project is cancelled and all drafts will remain the property of SD Marketing.

Social Media Management (aka SMM), is the process of creating, publishing and analysing the content of your posts on Social Media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. SMM also includes engaging with users on the platforms.

Q. What is a social media manager?

Social Media Managers are skilled design, marketing and advertising professionals who help you achieve your social media goals such as growing your brand awareness, following and social media revenue.

Q. Why is social media managing for us?

Social Media managing has several benefits for your business. Having professional and scroll stopping content broadens your reach and can connect you to people from all over the world. Through social media you can target specific markets and niche audiences with strategised ads.

Q. Do I get to see posts before they go live?

Yes, of course! We will touch base at the start of every month to make sure we discuss the month ahead in terms of any important posts, announcements or sales that need to go out. You will also have the opportunity to provide your feedback and make any changes to the posts too.

Q. Why is SMM important?

SMM allows you to reach a range of audiences, build your brand awareness, engage current and future customers and generate leads and sales.

If you are not taking your socials seriously then you will fall behind!

Q. Do you have a minimum contract for SMM?

We believe that 3 months is the right amount of time to start seeing results and to determine whether our agency is the right fit for your business. After the 3 months we will organise time to discuss insights, out strategy and whether you would like to continue working with our team long term. However, these contracts are not locked in.

Q. What platforms does SMM cover?

At the moment we offer Instagram and Facebook Management, including social media integration in to any websites we develop and manage for our customers.

Q. How do you accept payments for SMM?

Payments for SMM have the option to be made weekly, fortnightly or monthly via bank transfer.

The first month is required to be for the month in full. After that we can organise a payment schedule that works for you!
